Theme: Creating a Spiritual Legacy

The book of Acts was written by Luke to tell his friend how the early Christian church was growing as Christ’s witness first in Jerusalem, then in Judea Samaria, and finally to the ends of the earth. Read the spiritual legacy left to us by Peter, Paul, Philip and the early Christians in the book of Acts.

  • Acts has 28 chapters. Read a chapter each day together.
  • Spiritual legacies are best handed down in story form. At dinner tell stories of how Jesus has impacted your life. What wisdom have you gained that you can now share with your family?

    Deuteronomy 6: 5-7

Love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength. These commandments that I give you today are to be upon your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
